- Akhrot, patta gobhi, fool gobhi, santrey, shimla mirch, tamaatar, nimbu ka sevan karein.
- Agar aapko late night tak jagne ki habit hai to aapko weight loose karne ke liye is habit ko change karne padega.

- Weak main ek din fast jarur rakhein us din keval pani, nimbu pani, doodh, juice, soop, salad ya fruits hi lein.
- Daily morning main gunguna pani (Warm water) main honey or nimbu milakar piyein.
- Doodh wali chaaye (Tea) ya nimbu ki chaaye (Tea) ke badle green tea pina start kijiye.
- Kaccha ya pake huye papite ka regular sevan kijiye, isse aapke body main extra fat nahi jama hogi or weight bhi loose hoga.
- Stress free rahein kyunki stress main rehkar weight loose nahi ho sakta hai.
- Dahi ya chhachh (Curd or Buttermilk) ka regular use kijiye isse bhi extra fat kam hoga.
